DADT: Why Are 5th Amendment Rights Being Violated?

5th Amendment rights are being violated because of all that lying gays and lesbians are forced to do, either lie or self-incriminate. Questions such as, "What did you do this weekend?" can be a noose. I know of people who are so enmeshed in lies that they've bought their own wedding rings, have brothers or sisters act as spouses at business functions, have pictures of relatives on their desks and claim that those people are their boyfriends or girlfriends. Needing to be a fantastic liar to survive undermines character and in itself causes troops to violate the military code of conduct.
