I'm reading a book entitled Advances in Functional Training, which for $9.99 I was able to download onto my Kindle Fire. It is really, really good, and I intend to write a few blurbs about it soon. I also bought Program Design for Personal Trainers, Douglas Brooks. That book is also very good and can be used as a reference guide or as a cheat sheet. He talks a little about working with minimal equipment, which is often the case when you are mobile personal trainer, and working with special populations. Also, I switched from using a Nook to a Kindle Fire and had to repurchase some books and periodicals. That is why I never finished writing about the Grand Design. At some point, I will. I made the switch because Amazon has a much larger selection of books and allows free downloads of some magazines. Barnes and Noble is sort of shaky.
